Dr. Frank studied dentistry at the University of Toronto and studied Orthodontics at the renowned Eastman Dental School in Rochester. After 7 years of providing treatment to the children, spouses and civilians of the Canadian military in Germany he set up his practice in Newmarket in 1988.
He has always been on the leading edge of treatment and technology and attends several conferences and seminars each year. Dr. Cancelli offers a variety of orthodontic treatment options and takes the time to listen to his patients to find the right approach to their orthodontic needs. His calm and friendly manner puts people at ease. He is known for his quiet voice and calming presence.
